The producers of nonwoven fabric connect the polymer threads together by using a hotmelt.

Moving the fabric between the processing lines is done by using rubber suction cups. During this time, non-cured adhesive material sticks to the suction cups surface retarding the production process by this.

To provide regular moving of the nonwoven fabric, MODENGY PTFE-A20 anti-adhesive coating based on polytetrafluorethylene is applied onto the surface of the vacuum gripping devices.

This coating forms a thin separating layer that glue doesn’t stick to. It isolates the suction cup surface from contact with the glue material, and prevents their coherence.

MODENGY PTFE-A20 is available in an aerosol can what makes the process of applying the product easier under conditions of production. The equipment is ready to be used in just half an hour after treatment by the coating.

Due to use of the anti-adhesive compound, productivity of the rubber suction cups functioning at the nonwoven fabric production increases, time expenses for removing glue residues off the surface of the vacuum gripping device cut down, quality of the products made improves.
