Transporting cargos and products on the conveyors is done due to the rollers. They rotate about their own axes and move the conveyor belt.
Roller axes, their shank ends mostly, sustain significant loads, so, why they are made of hardened steel characterized by high wear resistance.
The shafts must have good operational and shock-absorbing performances, so reinforced rubber is often used for their production.
Rollers rotation get harder because of high friction between the metal axis shank-end and the rubber cuff. To solve this issue MODENGY 1014 anti-friction solid-film coating is used.
It creates a resistant lubricating-and-separating layer on the axes grooves that effectively reduce friction in the rubber-to-metal pair, improves smoothness of rollers movement, lowers wear of the parts operating at heavy loads.
This coating retains operability under conditions of dustiness and humidity, and requires no refreshment during the entire service life of the conveyors.
