Vacuum packing is quite common for storing and transporting both food, and non-food goods. It helps keep sterility, and commercial appearance of the content, prevent it from damaging and unauthorized unsealing, extend shelf life.

Air is pumped out of the vacuum machine chamber, or directly out of the polyethylene package by using a pump.

To keep vacuum, a package must be sealed tightly immediately after pumping air out of it. For this purpose, edge-soldering devices are used. Being heated up to the polyethylene melting temperature, they press film edges together, and connect the film on molecular level creating a pressure-tight seam.

In process of soldering, the melted film quite often has difficulties to be separated from the metal edge-solderers. As a result, carbon deposits forming on the parts that is hard to remove, quality of polyethylene soldering gets worse. To solve this issue, MODENGY 1014 anti-adhesive coating is used.

A smooth separating layer of the coating excludes direct contact between the melted polymer, and the metal edge-solderer without breaking heat exchange between them.

The anti-adhesive product is applied onto dry and clean parts by method of spraying out, and polymerizes at heating in a kiln. Provided process instructions on use are observed, the coating provides long quality separation of the surfaces.

Due to eliminating the issue of film sticking in process of edge-soldering, operational productivity of the vacuum packing machines increases significantly, and quality of the output products improves.
