In October, 2022, the Modengy Engineering Center has welcomed the guests from the companies dealing with producing and operating the equipment for arranging offshore oil and gas deposits.
The basic activity direction of these enterprises is implementing domestic science developments into Russian industry in the field of hydrocarbon raw materials underwater production.
One of the actions to realize this direction is applying anti-friction solid-film coatings on the oil-and-gas underwater equipment parts.
MODENGY coatings provide friction reduction, longterm corrosion protection for the parts in aggressive climate, prevention from accumulating deposits of sea organisms including crustacea, algae, bacteria, mineral particles on them.
The companies’ specialists have been trained how to apply the coatings to be able to use them in a professional way by their own on the stage of their equipment production.
