Aggressive media to be transported affect the pipeline elements and the variable valves in a destructive way,  and because of that the metal surfaces are corroding, and get useless for further operating.

In order to extend service lifetime of the fittings parts, chemically resistant solid-film coatings are used. They enable to insulate the surfaces from exposure to the aggressive media.

So, MODENGY 1014 coating based on polytetrafluorethylene and molybdenum disulfide is applied on the air-gas channels of the cases and connectors of globe valves.

During the polymerization process, this product forms a thin film having among the other advantages high anti-corrosive properties on the parts. At accelerated tests in the neutral salt mist according the ISO 9227 Standard, this coating demonstrates high values, that is more than 672 hours of corrosion protection.

Functional efficiency of MODENGY 1014 chemically resistant coating on the pipeline fitting elements has been approved by the rich experience of operating the components treated with this products in the oil- and gas pipelines.

A thin layer of the coating doesn’t alter initial dimensions of the parts, and requires no renewal for the entire service lifetime of the equipment.

Use of the anti-friction solid-film coatings enables to considerably extend service lifetime of the pipeline fittings, to cut down expenses for maintaining and replacing components.
