The Modengy enterprise has designed and released new MODENGY 1054 anti-friction solid-film coating based on graphite.

This product is intended for die stamping and molding metal parts of aluminum, titanic, magnesium, and other alloys.

Due to friction reduction, this coating reduces wear of molding equipment working surfaces, as well as contributes to minimizing energy costs to provide the engineering process.

Having high separating properties, MODENGY 1054 is used at metal casting to prevent melted metal from sticking to the internal surfaces of the molding equipment, and thus, to improve making quality of the items.

This coating has also proven to be an efficient mean to prevent dross from sticking to the multirobot system dippers at the hot galvanizing lines.

MODENGY 1054 has high heat-resistance (+650 °С) which enables to use it while operating with melted metal at molding.

This product contains no solvents in its composition as it is made on basis of water, due to what it has no smell, is not subjected to burning, and can be used under conditions with high fire safety requirements.

MODENGY 1054 is applied by the method of spraying out, and polymerizes at heating up to +90 °С within 60 minutes.
