It is hard to imagine oil extraction from deep underground mining horizons without the electric centrifugal pump plants (ECPPs). Their intent is to pump the gas-liquid mixtures out of the underground mining works.

An ECPP consists of several sections, and the bigger these sections are, and the more their quantity is, the higher is thrust and productivity of the pump.

To connect these oil pump sections, the couplings treated with MODENGY 1014 anti-friction coating based on molybdenum disulfide and polytetrafluorethylene are used.

Use of this coating enables to provide significant extend in the service lifetime of the parts operating under conditions of being exposed to aggressive media. Due to this, the plants failures risk, time and financial costs for repairs and maintenance decrease.

Applying of the coating is done by the professionals at the Modengy’s Engineering Center in Bryansk town, or by the specially trained staff at the territory of the parts manufacturer. The engineering process includes preparing the items surfaces in a mechanical way, spraying out the suspension in 1 to 2 layers, polymerizing in a kiln to form the coating firmly bonded to the surface, quality control.

MODENGY 1014 coating applying is the proved solution to extend service lifetime of the oil equipment operating at heavy loads, exposure to chemically aggressive substances and corrosively active media.

Its efficiency has been affirmed by the extensive operation experience of the oil extraction plants in the various climatic areas including Arctic zones and at the sea offshores.
