MODENGY 1025 is a coating based on polytetrafluorethylene and molybdenum disulfide. Such combination of the solid lubricating substances makes this material universal: it efficiently operates both in metal-to-metal friction pairs, and in the metal-to-polymer ones (the coating is applied onto the metal surfaces).
Unlike many other solid-film compounds, MODENGY 1025 is characterized by low friction coefficient within a wide range of contact pressures.
High content of solid lubricating components and their special form provide improved anti-friction features, and extend service lifetime of the coating making it the perfect choice for complicated operational conditions.
MODENGY 1025 cures at +150 °С. It’s significantly lower than polymerization temperature of most heat-curing compounds.
This coating is used in the standard sliding friction units such as bearings, guideways, lead screws, spline joints, gearwheels.
