One large Russian manufacturer has addressed to the Modengy company with the task of increasing productivity of the upright packing machines.
At operating the packing equipment, polymer material sticking to the soldering jaws and knife for forming the welded seams on the packs was observed.
The stuck film retarded the packing process because it required to stop the entire engineering line which operates continuously 24/7. Removing the carbon deposits off each edge-solderer used to take about 20 minutes.
Using MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating has enabled to increase productivity of the packing line due to reducing quantity of the stuck material, and making the process of removing it easier.
According to the report about testing it on the packing equipment, after applying MODENGY 1007 need in carrying out cleaning the horizontal soldering jaws and the knife has decreased by at least 3 times, time for cleaning by use of the lint-free rags has cut down to 5 minutes.
The held tests have proved that use of the coating with high anti-adhesive properties increases efficiency of packing equipment functioning, improves quality of the releasing products, and extends service lifetime of the edge-soldering devices.
