Anti-friction solid-film coating based on graphite

It is used in friction units of the automotive machinery including engine piston skirts, splined joints, camshaft and crankshaft bushings; as an additional anti-emergency lubrication for the units lubricated with oils or greases; in pistons of the compressors, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic drives; sliding bearings of the oil well submersible electric centrifugal pumps; on sliding surfaces of the equipment to process polymers including soldering matrixes, calibrators, cooling tables; in sliding guideways of the filling-and-packing machines; in screw compressor rotors; in heavy loaded sliding friction units exposed to heating, humidity, and dust where oils and greases are not effective

The water protection supports of the oil pumping equipment operate at high loads and high speeds. Anti-friction materials and oils that are conventionally used in the sliding thrust bearings are not capable to protect the parts against intensive wear under such conditions.

MODENGY 1007 forms a separating layer that reduces and stabilizes friction even in case of so called ‘oil starvation’. After this coating has been used, the service temperature of the well pump sliding bearings reduces, while their service lifetime extends by several times.
