At long operating of the edge-soldering machines, the packaging film regularly sticks onto functional surfaces. This causes defective items, downtimes of the equipment, and need in frequent manual cleaning.
Sticking-on gets especially intensive at high temperatures, increased humidity, and dusty production environment.
To solve this issue, MODENGY 1007 coating is applied onto the functional surfaces of the edge-soldering machines. It forms a steady anti-adhesive layer that prevents packaging film from sticking even under conditions of intensive operating.
As a result, the equipment functions invariably, without package sticking-on and unscheduled stops for cleaning.
