The producers of the items of polymers address us for help to solve the tasks on preventing melted polymer from stickingonto the extruder screws. The extrusion line operators have to stop and disassemble the equipment after every 2 hours working in order to clean the screws from the stuck polymer.

MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesion coating is applied onto the screws, and prevent melted polymer from sticking onto them. Due to this, it is provided stable operating of the extrusion line without disassembling for a long while.
