Soldering equipment operates at high temperatures, which leads to the packing material sticking onto the surfaces.

MODENGY 1007 based on graphite, and MODENGY 1010 based on polytetrafluorethylene are applied onto the matrixes.The coatings operate as non-stick material, effectively solving the issue of film sticking to the soldering elements. This reduces volume of defective items while packaging as maximum as possible, and extends service lifetime of the equipment.
