Producers of the packaging film and polyethylene bags regularly face the issue of polymer agent sticking onto the elements of the equipment, and burnt-on spots to appear on the produced film.

MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive and non-stick coating protects the parts of the extrusion head against polymers sticking onto them for a long while, and decreases percentage of the defective items. Due to its chemical composition, it operates within a wide temperature range up to +350 °С, which makes it possible to withstand tool overheating. High wear resistance of the coating allows it holds on the part surface for a long while even at continuous operating of the production line.
