MODENGY 1007 coating is applied onto the molds for polymer packages production, operating at temperature up to +350 °C.  The anti-sticking separating layer of the material prevents carbon deposits and melted substance sticking onto the accessories what minimizes quantity of defective goods, and makes removing ready items out of the molds easier.

MODENGY 1007 polymerizes at heating up to +200 °C within 20 minutes. The coating is resistant towards aggressive detergents and chemicals which may be used for cleaning. It requires no renewing, and protects the molding equipment for its entire service lifetime.
