To improve quality of weld seams on the polymer package, MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating is used.

It is applied onto the work surfaces of the soldering jaws contacting with the package to prevent melt polymer material from sticking, to reduce amount of defective items, and to extend service lifetime of the accessory.

This coating is notable by high heat resistance, and long service lifetime which significantly exceeds that of the Teflon tapes, and other anti-sticking materials.
