The edge-solderers are used to leak-tight closing the necks of the plastic cups with heat-sealed film.

MODENGY 1007 coating is applied onto the operational surfaces of the cups edge-solderers to prevent melted packaging material from sticking. It has excellent anti-adhesive and anti-sticking properties, high heat resistance (up to +350 °С), resistance to washing-off, and to mechanical damages. Single application of the coating provides long and trouble-free operating of the equipment without need in maintenance.
