Edge-soldering plates are used for heat sealing polymer film sheets. In process of soldering, the packaging material sticks to the heated surface, as a result quality of the seams to be created decreases, and necessity in unscheduled stops of the equipment arises to remove the stuck film residues.
MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating forms a smooth separating layer on the surface of the edge-soldering plates which melted packaging material doesn’t stick to. It has long service term, and needs no refreshment for the hundreds operation cycles of the equipment.
