In order to prevent sticking and carbon deposits of melted polymer material (EVA, PVC, polyurethane, rubber) the specialists of shoe productions apply silicone separating agents onto the molds. Treating the parts is held prior every start-in of the line.

MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating enables to refuse using silicone, and thus, to reduce prime price of the items and cut down time costs for equipment downtimes. A layer of the product prevents polymer sticking to the parts excluding necessity to clean them.

Single applying the coating is enough to provide continuous operation of the production line for a long while with no need in renewing the layer.
