To apply double latex covering, cotton gloves put onto metal moulds are dipping into the reservoir with latex.
This process is completely automated, however, the gloves producers have to stop production line often because of latex sticking to the moulds - they have to take the finished gloves off the moulds manually, and also clean the equipment from the material residues.
To prevent latex sticking, MODENGY 1007 and MODENGY PTFE - A20 anti-adhesive coatings are applied onto the moulds. Use of these products provides long undisturbed operating of the line on producing gloves.
