Producers of the mechanical rubber goods face an acute issue of heated rubber sticking to the mould surface. Because of that quality of the finished products get worse, and downtime periods to clean the equipment from carbon deposits extend.

MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating forms a resistant separating layer on the moulds which prevents rubber sticking to the metal surfaces. Due to this, taking the items out of the moulds gets easier, and amount of defective goods decreases.

This product enables to reduce the volumes of using separating greases, or even completely abandon them from application.
