Polyethylene film production cycle includes cooling it in special equipment. In case of heated polyethylene sticking to the cooler, such film is considered defective.

For the purpose of eliminating heated film sticking to the surface of the cooler, MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating is used. It creates a thin separating layer on the cooler that prevents the polymer film from sticking.

Due to this, quality of the film made improves, and productivity of the engineering line increased, and service lifetime of the equipment extends.
