Plates and knives for toothbrush packaging equipment
In process of packing toothbrushes, the production line working elements are in contact with polymer film at increased temperatures. Over time, it sticks onto their surfaces which causes forming carbon deposits. They gradually accumulate making the workflow more difficult and requiring regular cleaning.
In order to prevent packaging film from sticking, MODENGY 1007 solid-film coating is applied onto surfaces of the end soldering plates and knives. It forms an anti-adhesive layer resistant to high temperatures. The coating has separating and anti-sticking properties preventing the film from sticking to metal.
As a result, carbon deposits forming reduces, cleaning frequency decreases, and stable operating of the packaging line is provided.
