Metal punches are an integral part of the molds that are used to produce polycarbonate. They are necessary to make items by transferring pressure onto the material that is in a mold.
In process of equipment running, polycarbonate is sticking to the punch surfaces which makes taking the finished items out difficult. MODENGY 1007 coating having high anti-adhesive properties solves this issue. Due to applying it onto the punches, regular equipment operation and quality items production are provided.
