Screw blocks of oil-free compressors

Before
Screw blocks of oil-free compressors
After
Screw blocks of oil-free compressors
The screw block of the compressor consists of two mutually dependent rotors (screws) inside a case. While the rotors are rotating, gap compacting between them and the case is occurring which causes air compression and pressure increase.

The parts can get heated up to +200 °С in process of running. MODENGY 1007 coating operates within a wide temperature range (-50 to +350 °С), provides corrosion protection for the rotors, reduces friction and noise, and thus extends service lifetime of the screw blocks.
