In packaging equipment, edge-soldering wheels form pressure-tight longitudinal seam while the knife cuts the film into individual packages. Because of constant heating and interacting with the polymer material, stickings and carbon deposits appear on the parts surfaces.
To protect the wheels and the knife, MODENGY 1007 coating is used. It reduces melted polymer adhesion to metal, helps keep the work surfaces clean, and extend intervals between equipment maintenances.
