A mandrel and a matrix are the elements of the extrusion line on producing PVC hoses. MODENGY 1007 coating is applied onto the external surface of the mandrel and the internal surface of the matrix.

It protects the parts against polyvinylchloride sticking due to its high anti-adhesive properties. The coating is also operable within a wide temperature range, has long service lifetime.
