Metal plates are used at edge-soldering the final products into film at meat-processing plant. In process of edge-soldering, the high-barrier polymer film is sticking to the plate surfaces that contaminates the equipment and decreases working procedure quality.

MODENGY 1007 coating having temperature resistance, anti-adhesive and anti-sticking properties is applied onto the plates. It protects the plate surfaces against carbon deposits forming and film sticking-on, and thus extends service lifetime of the packing equipment.
