MODENGY 1007
Label printing shafts

At producing self-adhesive labels, the polymer film with an adhesive layer is getting onto the metal shafts. Being exposed to pressure and temperature, the adhesive base partially passes onto the shaft surfaces.
This leads to forming pickups and contaminations on the shafts, quality of printing and cutting gets worse, downtimes of equipment because of need in regular cleaning increase.
To eliminate this issue of sticking, MODENGY 1007 solid-film lubricating coating is applied onto the shaft surfaces. It forms steady, wear-resistant layer with low friction coefficient and excellent separating properties.
After applying the coating, the parts gain smooth surface resistant towards sticking-on providing stable quality of the finished labels at long-term equipment operating.
