The Modengy company has offered the companies whose engineering process includes applying cataphoresis prime onto the metal items a solution on optimizing their production.

For the purpose of preventing the suspension bracket to dip the items into the cataphoresis prime from fouling, applying MODENGY 1014 coating based on polytetrafluorethylene and molybdenum disulfide that has great anti-adhesive properties onto it  has revealed a high efficiency.

This coating doesn’t get destroyed in a chemically aggressive medium at high temperature, effectively preventing accessory from fouling with cataphoresis coating after multiple immersions into the tub for priming. Besides, this product protects the equipment against corrosion destruction in process of operating.

MODENGY 1014 has successfully passed testing on a cataphoresis line. After one testing cycle, it was remarked that there was no fouling with pigment deposits on the sample treated with MODENGY 1014 except of the points of contact with the wire by means of which the plate was fixed on the suspension bracket.
