One of the most common ways of printing on various materials – from fabric to metal – is screen printing. In order to transfer images and text onto the items, both manual tools and entirely automated machines are used.

In process of operating, the screen printing equipment parts interact with a weak alkaline medium, and fail as a result of that. In particular, the aluminum squeegee frame planks are subjected to corrosion.

To provide efficient functioning of the equipment, and high quality of printing, MODENGY 1014 coating based on polytetrafluorethylene and molybdenum disulfide is applied onto the surfaces of the squeegee frame parts.

Due to this, not only damages of the parts under impact of the aggressive media are prevented but also it makes easier to clean them – due to high anti-adhesive properties of the coating.

MODENGY 1014 is applied onto the items by the method of spraying out, and requires no heating to get cured. After polymerization, a thin dry layer is formed onto the treated surfaces that needs no renewal.

Due to use of MODENGY 1014 coating, easy cleaning and long service term of the squeegee frames operating in a weak alkaline medium are provided.
