MODENGY 1054 coating has water-based composition containing finely dispersed powder of graphite and a special binder.
It suits for applying onto the parts made of metal, wood, plastic, concrete, glass, ceramics, and other constructive materials to give them high lubricating and separating properties.
A thin smooth nonporous layer having low friction coefficient, high electro- and heat conductivity, exceptional separating properties is formed on the surfaces after its curing.
Most of melted metals, ceramics, and sludge do not stick to the layer of MODENGY 1054 that is why it is used at casting metals and alloys to provide standard taking the items out of the molds in process of hot-dip galvanizing excluding hot dross sticking to the accessory.
Besides, this product is successfully used in the operations of warm and hot press forming as anti-weld agent during the most difficult technological processes.
MODENGY 1054 suits for productions with high requirement to accuracy and quality of making the items.
This coating has very high thermal stability: the material is operable at up to +650 °C, and its upper limit considerably increases within inert media.
This product contains no solvents in its composition due to what it is non-toxic, has no odor, not subject to burning, and can be used under conditions of increased fire safety requirements at production facilities.
This coating also finds application in powder metallurgy in the powdered metals sintering, can be used as lubrication for chains and other steel industry equipment units.
One of the advantages of MODENGY 1054 coating is easy removal as this material can be washed off the parts with cold water when there is no more need in it.
Application of MODENGY 1054 in the operations of press forming and molding metals and alloys enables to increase productivity and significantly extend service lifetime of the equipment at the same time improving quality of the manufactured products.
