Triaxial truck models are equipped with balancer type rear suspension. It enables to improve effectiveness of bridge functioning, and makes vehicle going characteristics better even at going along a rough road.
The basic element of the car balancer suspension is a shoe. It is exactly what provides suspension softness, and ability of the vehicle to move easily along rough roads. Since this unit functions under conditions of high loads, the balancer bushings are subjected to intensive wear in the points of their contact with balancer axle (the internal surfaces of the elements).
To reduce friction and wear of the components, liquid lubricants and greases are used. However, as a sequence of a number of reasons, the parts can operate under conditions of lack of lubricating material because of ill-timed maintenance, these agents squeezing out of the application point because of the high loads, evaporation, or their washing out, etc.
Scuffing of the bushings lead to forming a gap that causes worse going characteristics of the vehicle, and increases risk of failure of not only the shoe but the other car suspension elements as well.
To provide anti-emergency lubrication – that is, reducing friction and wear of the parts under conditions of lack of the liquid lubricant, or other conventional lubricating material – MODENGY 1066 anti-friction solid-film coating based on molybdenum disulfide and graphite is applied onto the internal surface of the truck balancer bushings.
It creates a dry, resistant layer of solid lubrication on the parts that prevents damage of the contacting elements. This product has high load-carrying capacity, and a long service lifetime.
MODENGY 1066 coating effectively operates in combination with greases, and liquid lubricants.
Use of the anti-friction solid-film product enables to improve reliability, and extend service lifetime of the trucks balancers suspensions bushings.
