The modern tunnel kilns are mechanized plants with which thermal treatment of the products is done. The items are moving along the production track on the conveyor transferring from one technological zone to the next one.
To keep high temperature inside the tunnel kiln, various kinds of heating elements are used including the metal slabs that are located over and under the plants. The band with the products to be subjected to thermal treatment is moving on between them.
In process of high-temperature treating the items, production wastes and other foreign particles are sticking to the surface of the heating slabs forming a thick layer of contaminations on them. It is hard to remove, especially after long continuous equipment operating.
To decrease volume of deposits, and to provide easy removal of them, MODENGY 1014 anti-adhesive coating is applied onto the surface of the heating slabs of the tunnel kilns.
It withstands high temperatures (up to +255 °С), is not washed away with the detergents, and other aggressive liquids, has resistance toward mechanical effects.
This coating is applied by the standard painting methods onto the prepared surface of the slabs, and gets polymerized at heating up to +200 °С within 40 minutes.
This anti-adhesive and anti-sticking product enables to shorten downtimes of the kiln to clean the parts from the deposits, and to make the process of contaminations removal easier.
