Devices for beauty procedures should go through obligatory antiseptic treatment after each use. This provides safety for the clients of the beauty salons and clinics.
For this purpose, special disinfecting liquids are use as well as sterilization held in the high temperature chambers – autoclaves and hot-air sterilizers.
High temperatures (about +130 °C) and chemically aggressive liquids have a destructive effect on the material the parts are made of. As a result the tools lose their functionality and aesthetic appearance.
Chemically resistant MODENGY 1014 anti-friction solid-film coating is applied onto aluminum holders of the devices for beauty procedures. It forms a separating layer on the surface resistant to heating up to +255°С. Due to this destructive impact of the chemically aggressive liquids used for equipment disinfecting is prevented.
Because of containing solid-film materials (MoS2 and PTFE), this coating provides friction reduction in thread, prevents scuffing, and makes frequent mounting/dismantling of the connection easier.
MODENGY 1014 is applied by standard painting methods on the stage of producing the parts. It has high wear and heat resistance, and also has aesthetic appearance.
