To make PET tare storage and transportation easier, the bottles are grouped and packaged into film. The mechanical packers are used for this purpose.
The bottles are moving along the transporting table tops where they are being divided into groups by several pieces. After that the tare is being wrapped with a film, and moves on into a thermo tunnel, a corridor with high temperature where polymer material heats up, and fixes tightly on the items set.
The automatic line is characterized with high productivity - about 500 ready packages are formed per hour. However, it stable operating can be broken because of tare unsteadiness when the bottles fall down, and the process of mechanical packer continuous functioning is interrupted.
To make bottles sliding along the table top easier, and decreasing quantity of the defective products, MODENGY PTFE-A20 anti-friction solid-film coating is used. It improves smoothness of the worktable, and reduces friction coefficient between the tare and the equipment.
This product polymerizes at room temperature, and is also available in the form of an aerosol can, due to what the coating can be successfully used under conditions of production.
As a result of using MODENGY PTFE-A20, productivity of the packaging line increases, and items falling in the process of their moving is prevented.
