At making plastic bottles metal tools, pickers, are used on the production line to pick up and move the tare.
In process of taking the items off the hot equipment elements, the melted material of the bottles (low-pressure polyethylene) sticks to the parts surface, and as a result, make separating the products from the pickers harder, quantity of production spoilage increases, and it requires to stop the production process often to clean the equipment.
To solve this issue, MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating is applied onto the pickers which is effectively used on the equipment of the productions engaged in making items of polymers.
The separating layer of this product prevents direct contact between the surface of the metal tool and the tare, due to what sticking and carbon deposits of the polymer material residues is excluded.
MODENGY 1007 coating retains operability at heating up to +350 °С, and at short-term overheating.
It is applied by the standard painting methods on the stage of producing the equipment, and polymerizes at +200 °С within 20 minutes. The coating layer holds strongly on the pickers surface, has high wear resistance, and requires no renewing for the entire service lifetime of the accessories.
Due to using this product, quality of the finished products improves, productivity of the production line increases since there is no need to stop it frequently to clean the parts, service lifetime of the components extends.
