Mass production of the mechanical rubber items (MRIs) is performed by hot molding method through using moulds, metal devices exactly replicating the required configuration of the future parts.

They are filled in with the heated viscous material which takes the given form after cooling.

In process of molding, the melted polymer agent to the metal surfaces of the moulds what causes forming carbon deposits on the parts, decreases products quality, and additional time costs are required to clean the equipment.

In order to prevent sticking, MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating is applied onto the moulds for MRIs production. It forms a resistant layer on the elements that serves as a barrier between the two surfaces.

Due to using MODENGY coatings the following is achieved:

  • It makes easier to get the finished items out of the moulds
  • Number of defective products decreases
  • Service lifetime of the accessories extends
  • Consumption of silicone separating compounds gets low, or can be removed of use completely
  • Productivity of the processing line grows

The coating is applied onto the prepared surface of the molds on the stage of production, and polymerizes at heating in a kiln.

As a result of using this product, MRIs molding process gets optimized, and downtime periods of equipment to clean it get less.
