The fasteners of the sound equipment, microphone stand, drum sets are often demountable joints. They are made of aluminum, stainless steel, or ordinary steel. The fastener has to be mount and dismantle up to several times a day what significantly affects to its service lifetime.
The musicians, DJs, and sound technicians face the trouble while operating these joints such as uneven unscrewing, jamming, thread galling during dismantling, impeded adjusting the devices, fastener corrosion.
MODENGY PTFE-A20 anti-friction solid-film coating helps solve all the listed issues. It creates a thin translucent layer on the fastening items that makes mounting and dismantling of the connections easier, provides smooth and accurate adjusting the tripods. This product has high anti-corrosive and extreme pressure properties.
The coating retains its properties for several years even under condition of multiple everyday unscrewing/ screwing down the fastener.
The agent is applied by spraying method out of an aerosol can, and cures at room temperature which is very convenient at applying by oneself. It is recommended to prepare a fastener surface with the special MODENGY Cleaner-Activator prior applying the coating. This will allow to reach as high adhesion between the material and the parts as possible.
Unlike the ordinary Teflon sprays, MODENGY PTFE-A20 is strongly held on the parts, and doesn’t creep off them.
Use of MODENGY PTFE-A20 anti-friction solid-film coating enables to significantly extend service lifetime of the expensive sound hardware.
