Productivity of the sparkling wines bottling and packing lines make some thousand bottles per hour. To make this process continuous, and minimize number of defective products, MODENGY PTFE-A20 anti-friction solid-film coating is applied onto the rubber crimping pads to fix foil caps.

This product is made on base of polytetrafluorethylene, and has low friction coefficient, resistance to abrasion, long service lifetime.

This coating is easy to apply out of an aerosol can and requires no heating to get polymerized, makes no negative effect on elastomers.

This product has a light translucent hue, due to which it hardly changes appearance of the treated parts.

Due to use of MODENGY PTFE-A20 anti-friction solid-film coating, service lifetime of the crimping pads for the sparkling wine bottles extends, and their operating quality improves, need in unscheduled stops of the equipment to replace damaged elements decreases.
