Office files production is held on the automated machines. The up to 0.1 mm thickness film gathered into a roll is set on a special holder, and then is subjected to un rolling, doble bending, inserting a white tape into it, lengthwise sealing-in, holes punching, bottom edge soldering, and cutting.
The process of transforming polypropylene film into office files is performed at a great rate. Due to accurately adjusted parameters of machines operating, it is possible to release up to 120 finished items per minute.
To provide continuous production process of the products, an anti-adhesive coating must be applied onto the edge-soldering jaws for soldering the film sheets together. Its functions are to prevent the blanks from sticking to the heated surface of the edge-soldering devices, and from forming carbon deposits on the equipment.
The files producer used a coating based on polytetrafluorethylene on the heating elements that got worn fast as a result of increasing service temperature of the edge-solderers up to +250 °С.
To solve these issues of sticking and carbon deposits forming, he addressed to the Modengy company. Taking into account operational conditions of the parts, the experts have selected MODENGY 1007 anti-adhesive coating that effectively functions at heating up to +350 °С.
This product is successfully used at many enterprises handling with polymer materials. Its separating layer insulates the heating element surface from direct contact with the sheets to be soldered together, due to what sticking and carbon deposits forming are excluded.
MODENGY 1007 coating is applied onto prepared surfaces of the edge-soldering elements heated up to +70 °С by the standard painting methods, and polymerizes in a kiln at +200 °С for at least 20 minutes.
Use of this anti-adhesive coating from the Modengy company provides non-stop operating of the automatic devices on producing office files, and improve quality of the finished products.
