The Russian enterprise, that specializes in making metalware and fasteners of various strength classes of a wide range of steels, has faced the issue of hindered mounting of threaded connections at assembly of pipeline valves, as well as corrosion arising at operating the parts.

In order to provide standard mounting with the required twist coefficient, the manufacturer uses MODENGY 1026 anti-friction solid-film coating based on molybdenum disulfide.

What is important for the customer is convenience of applying out of an aerosol cat at the mounting site, and its capacity to get cured without using any additional equipment.

At having worked with the coating, the representatives of the enterprise sent the Modengy company their feedback about the works done and their results.

‘It’s a great development, the coating adheres well at applying, provides quality assembly of the connections. We have plans to continue our cooperation, and to use MODENGY 1026 at mounting construction fasteners,’ says a representative of the enterprise.

This coating has high anti-corrosive properties comparable with the protective performances of the coating that are get cured by heating, it functions within a wild temperature range, effectively separates threaded surfaces providing standards mounting and easy dismantling of the connections after long-term use.
