MODENGY 1007 coating has great anti-adhesive and separating properties. And one more of our customers, the manufacturer of the items of corrugated cardboard has had an opportunity to get assured in that.

Applying of the coating onto the metal heating elements was carried out at the Modengy’s Engineering Center.

At producing corrugated cardboard, they heat corrugator shafts to provide quality bonding of the layers.

After testing operability of MODENGY 1007 coating under real life operational conditions of the equipment, the customer claimed that the issue of melted polymer sticking to the heaters surfaces has been solved completely.

MODENGY 1007 forms a steady separating layer of the parts that prevents direct contact between the metal surface of the heater and heated polymer material, and thus prevents carbon deposits forming, and reduces the need in cleaning the equipment.

Due to this, productivity of the production line increases as well as service lifetime of the heating units extends.

Application of MODENGY 1007 coating enables to significantly cut down the volume of the defected items and downtime periods of the equipment at the productions dealing with the heated polymer compounds by providing high anti-sticking features.
