MODENGY 4002 anti-scoring paste has been tested by the experts of one of the leading Russian producers of the agricultural machinery.
At assembling interference fits at the enterprise, there was a relevant task to reduce press fitting effort. The grease that was used before didn’t managed with that task, and a great deal of unpleasant sounds arose at press fitting.
For the purpose of solving that issue, the Modengy’s engineers approved MODENGY 4002 anti-scoring paste based on molybdenum disulfide that already had a lot of favorable feedbacks concerning its application efficiency at assembling wheelset, and other interference fits.
It has high anti-scuffing properties and load-carrying capacity, and due to content of solid lubricating fillers, it effectively separates contacting surfaces reducing friction, decreasing and stabilizing the efforts required for assembly.
Use of MODENGY 4002 anti-scoring paste has help improve rate and quality of assembling the connections, to prevent appearing damages on the mated surfaces, and to get rid of the extraneous sounds in process of equipment mounting.
