According to the order of a large threaded fasteners manufacturer, MODENGY 1032 anti-friction solid-film coating was designed by the Modengy company as a part of import substitution.
Being made completely of the Russian components, this product is used in complex with the zinc flake coating to provide long and efficient operating of the fasteners under aversive conditions.
After successful laboratory, benchmark, and actual field trials, the first ton of MODENGY 1032 was sent to the customer to apply on their fastening items.
MODENGY 1032 in complex with the zinc flake coating provides high corrosion protection (more than 900 hours, according to the results of the accelerated tests in neutral salt mist on ISO 9227 standard), it has low friction coefficient, provides torsion coefficient meeting GOST standard, enables to mount and dismantle threaded connection over and over again.
The advantages of MODENGY 1032 over other coatings for fasteners are high flexibility, spalling resistance, ability to adapt towards the mating part configuration, wide service temperatures range.
It is possible to apply this product by using both spraying method, conventional for the anti-friction solid-film coatings, and by dipping with centrifuging.
