The slings and belts can be steel, chain, and textile. The advantages of the latter ones are low own weight at high load-lifting capacity, convenience at storing and operating, low cost, wide application fields, resistance to climate conditions, and aggressive substances.
At producing textile slings that consist of three and more layers, the sewing machines operators face an acute issue of needles overheating.
It causes sticking melted material onto the needle, stitches omission, thread breakage, decreasing strength of the sewing device, etc.
It is possible to avoid these adverse consequences by decreasing friction force between the needle and the textile material.
The producers of the load-lifting slings and coupling belts apply MODENGY 1014 anti-friction solid-film coating onto the sewing machine needles.
Its smooth texture enables to reduce needles friction against multilayer textile slings of enforced strength, and to extend their service lifetime significantly.
