MODENGY 4002 anti-scuffing paste tests in process of wheel pairs press-fitting have taken place at the cart shop of large carriage works.
This solid-film paste based on molybdenum disulfide was used as replacement for the imported lubricating material used at that plant before.
Forming of eleven wheel pairs has been held in standard mode, no defects at press-fitting have been detected.
Taking into account the testing results, it was decided to replace the imported material by MODENGY 4002 paste at wheel pairs press-fitting, and to send the parts formed in process of the experimental works forward for further assemble.
