Tetra Pak is one of the leading international companies releasing automatic machines for individual and group packing products into tetrahedral containers.
This firm’s equipment is worldwide commonly used including in Russia.
As a part of the import substitution policy, the Russian enterprises started seeking for the spare parts, expendable and other materials to support Tetra Pak machines operability inside their own country.
The edge-soldering devices of the packing machines are supposed to operate for from 3,000 hours and on, according to regulations. They are intended for heat sealing polymer materials, and tightly sealed seams forming.
To provide trouble-free edge-solderers functioning, an anti-sticking coating that prevent polymer materials from sticking to the heated metal surfaces must be applied onto both authentic, and Russian similar parts.
For the purpose of applying food-grade wear-resistant separating coating onto the edge-soldering devices, the Tetra Pak machines users address the Modengy company.
Qualified applying the anti-friction and anti-adhesive materials onto the customers’ equipment parts is held at the Engineering Center in Bryansk town.
Using anti-adhesive coatings enables to provide the required service lifetime of the edge-solderers with no polymer materials to stick to them, and with no carbon deposits to form, to minimize rate and terms of unscheduled stops of the machinery to clean the equipment from the stuck substance.
Due to this, productivity of the products packing process increases, a number of defective items reduces, and service lifetime of the edge-soldering devices extends.
