Edge-soldering plates are used to sealing packages of the finished goods. A frequent issue during packaging process is polymer package sticking to the heated surfaces of the edge-soldering machines. It causes need in immediate cleaning of the parts for equipment further operating.
In order to avoid this issue with cleaning, prevent polymers from sticking, an adhesive coating is applied onto the surfaces of the edge-soldering plates. It has great separating properties as well as food grade approval.
