Angle section trays are a part of the packing equipment. They are used to distribute cheese dough evenly into forming machines at producing dairy products.
In process of packing line operating, dough is sticking to the internal surfaces of the trays reducing quality of the output products.
A food grade approved anti-adhesive coating is applied onto metal surfaces of the trays. It prevents dough from sticking as well as improves its sliding, and thus increasing operational efficiency of the packing equipment.
